Remote Access Support Services

DKS Computer Services offers immediate online remote access support to new and existing clients running Microsoft Windows, Apple OS X, or Linux.

Through the use of our specialized remote access platform, DKS Computer Services is able to directly interact with the system you are currently operating whether it be Windows, Mac, or Linux. This allows us the opportunity to address your issues immediately saving you the time and expense of a service call. Services are billed in 15 minute increments and first time clients will be required to pay for remote access services in advance.

IMPORTANT: You must contact DKS Computer Services by telephone prior to establishing a session through the link below. Failure to do so will most likely result in your remote session not being attended. DKS Computer Services technicians only respond to sessions in their assigned queues.

Please note that by following the link above and either downloading and running the client software or allowing the Java client to run, you will be granting DKS Computer Services technicians full access to and control over the computer you are using. You do have the ability to revoke access by terminating the session at any time.
