Remote Access Support ServicesDKS Computer Services offers immediate online remote access support to new and existing clients running Microsoft Windows, Apple OS X, or Linux.Through the use of our specialized remote access platform, DKS Computer Services is able to directly interact with the system you are currently operating whether it be Windows, Mac, or Linux. This allows us the opportunity to address your issues immediately saving you the time and expense of a service call. Services are billed in 15 minute increments and first time clients will be required to pay for remote access services in advance. IMPORTANT: You must contact DKS Computer Services by telephone prior to establishing a session through the link below. Failure to do so will most likely result in your remote session not being attended. DKS Computer Services technicians only respond to sessions in their assigned queues.
