Onsite Personal Consultation and Diagnosis (per hour)

This is our standard hourly rate. Most configuration issues can be resolved with an onsite consultation. This is also our rate for onsite tutoring. Offsite or remote work can be billed by the task or per hour at a lower rate. Certain issues may only be resolved offsite.

Remote Access and Telephone Support (15 minutes)

There is a 30 minute minimum for first time clients. First time clients MUST pay in advance for remote support. Remember, there is no charge on calls to discuss service options, policies, or billing. This item is for those calls where a specific concern is addressed. Remote access clients may be required to give access/login credentials to their system(s). You do have the option of changing these credentials both prior to and after such sessions should this be necessary.

Offsite Repair and Support (per hour)

This is the rate we charge when doing offsite support. This includes offsite computer repair, document creation/modification, systems and network monitoring, and troubleshooting via remote access.

Network Development and Support (per hour)

This is our rate for advanced network related services and development. This includes network troubleshooting and Cisco configuration issues. This rate will also be assessed for the implementation of advanced domain services as well as the installation of any network wiring (Materials billed seperately).

Website Development and Support (per hour)

This is the rate we charge for all website development and management issues on or off site.

Local Area Network Setup (2 Computers, Wired or Wireless)

This price does not include a router, wireless card, or any additional equipment that may be necessary. You can provide this equipment yourself or we can provide it for a 10% markup on cost. This will usually come to about $70 - $200 for a basic home network depending on options. This price does not include the installation of any cabling that may need to be run. that service must be contracted seperately.

Local Area Network Setup (Each Additional Computer)

Install or Upgrade Operating System

This is often the best (and cheapest) way to remove viruses and spyware. This price includes the installation and configuration of antivirus and antispyware software (though not the licenses). It does not include the installation of any additional software, backing up of large amounts of data, or data recovery. This price is for offsite installations only.

Mileage (per mile)

Outside of San Francisco, Alameda, or San Mateo counties. Bridge tolls and parking may also be assessed. These fees may be waived on larger projects.
