Information Technology Monthly Support Packages
DKS Computer Services provides an assortment of support packages designed to meet the needs of everybody from the casual home user to those of a thriving and active business facing growing demands on their IT infrastructure. With all of our support packages, to the best of our abilities, we try to schedule all of your appointments with a single consultant to allow him/her to better familiarize themselves with your systems thereby enabling them to provide you higher quality services. Remember however that your consultant always has the ability to call in other associates with specialized skill sets if needed.
Please note that these plans cover standard consulting and administrative support only including common networking and development. Highly specialized skills may need to be billed separately. Please contact us if you believe your needs fall outside this scope.

Home and Small Office Packages
These plans are designed with home users and those with home based businesses or small offices in mind. With these plans, you are entitled with up to 4 hours regularly scheduled support from a highly skilled technician each month.This is a great way to make sure normal maintenance tasks are accomplished and a good opportunity to fix those little annoyances that can come up on occasion.
